A website has copied content from my site. What can I do to get this removed?

There is no specific form of notice to the court, a letter should suffice but it is not entirely clear what it is that you are trying to do. If it is the case that you want to oppose the application by the company to be struck off then your better option may be to oppose the application.

The objection must be in writing and sent to the Registrar at Companies House with any supporting evidence that you may have. One of the objections that the Registrar will take into account is where the company is the subject of current court proceedings.

Please note that if you do go down this route you have a time limit to do so. An objection can only be considered by the Registrar once notification has been published in the London Gazette showing the Registrar's intention to strike the company off the register after two months.
