What am I entitled to?

I have recently visited to The Abode restaurant in Piccadilly, Manchester, I pre-ordered lunch accordingly to my dietary needs (Halal, based on religion).  I was shocked to find there were pork pieces at the bottom of my plate. I complained to the manager. The Manager in turn emailed me with an offer as a way of apology to stay at hotel for 1 night and complimentary meal for 2. But i declined saying, I have lost trust in their service and would feel great anxiety if I was to return, but would they consider giving me monetary compensation to the value of what they have offered. They said since I have declined their initial offer they no longer want to communicate on this matter with me. Left feeling very upset. What am I entitled to?
