Leaseholder in breach of their leasehold agreement

I am both a freeholder and a leasholder in a residential property.

One of the leasholders has been and is in breach of their leasehold agreements. Namely:

- non and then late paymetns of sevice charges

- playing music (electrical items) past midnight

- causing distrubance to other leaseholders denying us our rights to peaceful enjoyment of or properties

- keeping a pet in their preimises

What can I do to enforce their compliance with their leasehold?
