Neighbour dispute regarding structural damage from ivy

Me and my neighbour for the last 3 years have been trying to resolve a dispute of his fence (mainly ivy) damaging my property. They done extensive works to building and garden ( landscaping was not done correctly) and the roots of the said ivy plant lay in his garden, they have crushed the fence and subsequently has also damaged my greenhouse. i had a structure engineer visit my property 4 weeks ago but my neighbour is ignoring my emails requesting the results of the report? Not sure where I stand or what my next move is
