As an employee, am I entitled to a copy of the minutes of a formal meeting?

Posted on 2 Aug 2018

The meeting was organised by my Employer and attended by my Area Manager, Line Manager and Head of HR. On arriving I was asked if I minded the meeting being recorded I didn't object. Hower that was 6 weeks ago and I have requested a copy of the minutes 3 times and have been told I cannot have a copy. I have also requested a copy of the tape and I have not had a response. My union rep attended with me, yet he seems unperturbed by this. Please advise?
