Does my contract clause allow my employer to cut salary ?

Hi,

I have a question on TUPE and pay cut.

Company made an announcement few months ago that they outsourced the IT function to thrid party vendor and i have been asked to work for that company. TUPE applies here, i have not given any start date yet.

Last week, my manager told me that company is planning to cut wages by 20%. Final decicion will be made in few days.

I have two questions here;

1- As per the following clause in my employement contract, can company reduce my salary ?

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Any changes in these terms and conditions of employment will be notified to you directly.

2- Can company cut my wages when they have already asked me to work for the third party company (TUPE)? Also, if the pay cut is not temporary then would i start the job with the new employer on reduced salary ?
