A Breakdown in joint tenancy mortgage

My ex partner and I have a property that we have a joint tenancy mortgage on. We brought this prior to being married. We have since married and divorced, but we have no consent order raised with a court. At present, we disagree over who owns which share of this property, would the court consider this to be a maritiable asset or a different matter as we brought it prior to getting married?
