Daughter doesn't want to attend contact and court order in place

My nearly 13 year old daughter doesn't want to attend contact with dad, Court order is for alternative weekends and holidays 50/50

Over the past few weeks things haven't been right and she no longer wishes to have contact as she feels uncomfortable. I have spoken with my daughter and she just gets upset i have tried to encourage her to have contact with dad.

She has been quiet and not wanting to go as her dad been shouting, swearing and smacked her. When i approached him his reply was I was putting her in her place. Also told my daughter I wish I never fought for you in court.

I really dont know what do to? He has threatened he's going to destroy me and apply for C79.
