My daughter is in care, due to parental alienation she hates me and never wants contact

My question is I have PR and am entitled to all information relating to education, whereabouts, medical issues etc. Problem is my daughter is 13, very vocal and the LA have said with my daughters consent as she's Fraser competent they will refuse accsess to all information I request such as name of school, reports and school parent evenings.

My solicitor has told me they can't do this and I'm entitled to all information and I've supplied the LA with copies of this but they will not listen! Can someone help? Also with the way their behaving someone has said they may be breaching article 8 of my human rights?
