To change an address that an electronic tag is registered to, you need to contact the court ,the probation and the Tagging company to get the matter listed so that the court can determine whether the new address is suitable. If you move address without informing the court, probation or the Tagging company it may be a breach of conditions and that may attrach either a breach or reversal of the bail conditions

How can I change the address that an electronic tag is registered to? 

The most obvious example of indirect contact would be arranging for a third party to pass a message from you, to the person protected by the order. Say that your ex-partner is the protected person and you get a friend or relative to ask your ex-partner a question or pass on a message. That would be indirect contact. Where it is necessary to have some level of communication with the protected person, the order would normally add the proviso "save through solicitors".
