I am currently awaiting a sentence but have been contacted by several ex colleagues in an abusive manner. Can i prevent them contacting me?

To change an address that an electronic tag is registered to, you need to contact the court ,the probation and the Tagging company to get the matter listed so that the court can determine whether the new address is suitable. If you move address without informing the court, probation or the Tagging company it may be a breach of conditions and that may attrach either a breach or reversal of the bail conditions

How can I change the address that an electronic tag is registered to? 

I am assuming that the fine was imposed by a court and that you weren't given a penalty notice. The requirement to disclose convictions when requested in a job application is regulated by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. When the only punishment imposed is a fine, the period during which the conviction must be disclosed is 1 year (or 6 months if you were under 18). However, some jobs are exempted from the Act and it should state on the application as to whether this applies to the job you wish to apply for. The type of job usually exempted range from police officer to care worker. For these jobs the potential employer would check your record with the DBS. If the fine was the result of a penalty notice, this does not require an admission of guilt and therefore is not disclosable. The short answer is that unless the job you're applying for is exempted, you don't need to disclose it.
