I assume that this was an electronic tag to monitor a curfew imposed as a sentence rather than a bail condition. If so you would need to ask the court that dealt with the case to list your case for a hearing. You should then attend court and make an application to change the address.

The Probabtion Service are likely to have carried out checks of the address prior to the sentence being imposed to ensure that the address is suitable. This may be something that the court will require to be done with the new address before agreeing to the variation.

If you are unable to remain at the current address and are therefore in breach of the curfew requirement it is vitally important that you notify the court and the monitoring company of the issues immediately to avoid breach proceedings being brought against you.

If you have an ongoing case and the electronically monitored curfew is a bail condition, then again you should contact the court that imposed the curfew as a matter of urgency to avoid being arrested for breach of your bail conditions. You will then need to attend court to vary the curfew address. Techically you should provide the Court and Crown Prosecution Service with 2 working days notice of the application to vary bail conditions.
