I've been bailed to no address and am now homeless, need help
Posted on 3 Dec 2019
I have been accused of having indecent images of children. On Wednesday I was arrested and all my devices and partners phone was siezed. I was interviewed completely denied all of it and was told they would check devices same day and if all good then that would be the end of it. Wednesday at 6pm i was released, they had checked all devices except my laptop and found nothing. Told that Laptop would be checked following day. I was released on bail with the conditions not to "Reside" at my home address and not to have unsupervised contact with my children.
It is now Monday and every day im told sorry its delayed more important things have come in.
I am now homeless, surely this cannot be fair? Is this allowed, to bail me to no address and let me sleep in my car until they decide to check the laptop? We have also had no communication from Social Services since Thursday when they gave my girlfriend her phone back. Surely if they thought i was at all a danger they would be doing something?
Please can i get some help on how to sort this out and the legality of the police effectively making me homeless without any evidence at all?
