My son has been put on a curfew with a tag for 2 months. He suffers from mental health issues and is having trouble coping

He is struggling with not being able to go out doors at night and has already breached his conditions. Can I apply to the courts to consider changing the order to community service as I fear the curfew is adding more stress to his condition? Thank you.
