Who do you report a rogue solicitor to?

Solicitor not releasing money from will. Adding there name to the will and charging £7400 to read the will.

Need advise.  Thanks

Currently on DLA. No savings and have an unfinished grave as no funds to complete it.

    If you believe that the solicitor has acted fraudulently, as with any other crime, contact the police. This seems to be what you are alleging.

    If it were simply a case of over-charging, then the Legal Services Ombudsman may assist. A complaint can be made online. Their website is http://www.legalombudsman.org.uk. You should however make your initial complaint to the firm of solciitors involved. It is a requirement that they have a complaints handling procedure in place.
