I need a solicitor because I was involved in a hit and run accident. I have police details, the motor insurance bureau are involved

I have a case number, and a pile of paperwork n notes. They didn't scan my head until January,  accident took place in October.  I'm still suffering from ptsd and concussion, only now finally getting contacted by head therapists. Also my hip was smashed, got a metal plate screws and pin in pelvis, also broken pubic rami (which still really hurts), 5 broken ribs, broken collar bone. I've also got a copy of the interview from independent company that the MIB sent me back. Please help, because of ptsd it's really hard to sort any thing out, I've had hardly any money for 6 months now! Thank you so much.
