Sorry to hear about your accident.
Any claim would be brought under the Occupiers Liability Act. This states that the owner of the premises needs to take such steps as are reasonable to ensure your reasonable safety. It is not an absolute duty and the fact that the accident occurred does not automatically make them liable.
Further information would be required with regard to the location of the tile surface. If it was in a dining area then there is a greater onus on those with supervision to ensure that the floor is dry than if the incident occurred by the side of a swimming pool.

Sounds painful! Hope you are recovering well.
If it can be shown that the floor was slippery and that Center Parcs had some knowledge (through previous incidents/complaints etc) then you will have a claim for compensation.
