How much to make a will, and is it a straight forward process? I'm the owner of 3 properties which I want donate to rspca.

    Fees differ from firm to firm.  You should really arrange to speak to someone who can discuss your circumstances and your wishes in detail.  If you have family and are leaving your estate to charity rather than to family you may need to take care to deal with this in a way that avoids family potentially disputing your Will in future. Most firms will give you a quote for making a Will if you contact them.  I would suggest for the above reasons that you contact someone local to you and meet face to face to discuss.  Our fees may not be the same as your local firm so it would be best to call them and discuss
